I needed an immigration lawyer to help me sponsor my parents for a green card and also to shepherd my parents through the process of consulate processing. I was referred to Tewani Law by a co-worker who highly recommended them. I can enthusiastically echo my co-worker, I cannot say enough positive things about the team of Kunal and Milan. Milan spent countless hours with my parents and me. She was fantastic and so patient with my parents. Every last detail was followed up on to make sure there were no errors or surprises. From the initial information gathering to handling all the online documentation, Milan did it all and made sure there were zero errors. When the USCIS communicated Kunal and Milan were immediately available to continue the case. You are at the mercy of the USCIS, so having a team who responds and works quickly around the notices is very very important. I was in a tough situation where I was left with no lawyer to turn to after receiving a RFE (Request for More Evidence) for my O-1 visa. My previous lawyers had closed down their company overnight and my application was received by USCIS in a mess. I immediately contacted Kunal and he looked through my case to see how he could help the situation. He was very honest from the beginning about the presentation of my case and the 50/50 chance of it being approved but he was confident that we had something strong to work with. He was extremely dedicated from the moment he took on my case and went out of his way and work hours to ensure it was presented in the best light. I was confident when we finally sent it off because I knew I was in good hands and that we had put our best foot forward. 5 months after receiving a RFE, I received an approval for my O-1 visa! DS 260 forms I came to Kunal regarding some questions with my uncle's ds260 forms for his greencard. I had emailed him my concerns the day before I went in and when I got to his office he took me in right away. He also had all the information ready, that answered my questions with different options on how to tackle the situation. His understanding and knowledge in immigration is impeccable.
